3 Day Trial, Anyone?

Sooooo let's start off with saying that I wish I had taken legit before and after pics, but holy crap is there a difference in my face that I didn't notice until now!!

As we all know, I have struggled with my weight since moving to WI (or since, like, ever). I gained 15 pounds between May and November. However, I recently started on a new journey to getting myself in shape and back on a better path. And I have great news-I have lost 7 pounds in 30 days. 7 POUNDS, FRIENDS! That's amazing, and I am so very excited and proud of this accomplishment.
I have been kicking some butt and taking names with a new nutrition plan. A combination of protein based foods and shakes, along with working out, and being mindful of what I'm putting into my body is all it has taken me. I have more energy and am so much more motivated to get things done. Honestly though, it's the little things, like being able to use the next notch on my belt and having my shirts fit a little better, that are making me feel amazing. I am determined to make it last this time (I know, I know, you've all heard that from me before....but this time it's legit, friends!! I'm going to coach others and use this as motivation and accountability to stay on track)!

And now, I want to share this with everyone else!!!!!!! I am looking for 10 people to use my “3 Day Trial Pack”. Who wants to:

Starting my Fitness Journey

So, here's another blog from me. This time, it's all about getting fit. I've been having a lot of issues with getting and staying fit lately. It has been a rollercoaster of being super on track one week and crashing the next week. Two weeks ago, I was eating really well and avoiding sweets, along with working out and taking classes every day. By that weekend, I was back to eating fast food every meal and sneaking snacks all of the time. It's hard for me. I have no idea why. The last time I remember actively working out all of the time and "eating well", I was doing it to win my ex-boyfriend back. I had the mentality that if I was skinnier, I would be more attractive and he would want to be together again. Eating well is in quotes, because I was starving myself. I have anorexia. I have had it since I was in fourth grade. When I graduated high school, I was 5'7", and weighed 110. I was a size 2 and you could see my hip bones and ribs. I had a thig...

Day 1 - I failed...

Well, I ate like crap and I didn't work out.  I didn't snack at all this morning at work, including having any candy. A small success for a girl who never stops eating. I came home for lunch with the full intention of making something healthy for myself. And then I sat down and got really lazy. And there were cookies sitting next to me. There was just a few Oreos left in the box, so I figured why not. And that was the beginning of the downhill for me for today. I went back to work, and had a lot of candy corn (a seasonal favorite of mine) and had an orange soda. It's currently 9 PM and I haven't had dinner yet, despite the fact that I made sure to take out some chicken yesterday.  I also did not work out today.  So today is a big fail. But that's okay. I can only do better from here.
